I will say it had great internet, it was pretty inside, and fairly private since nobody was in the cabin 20 ft away, hot tub was nice. Get the luxury Smoky Mountains resort experience without the high price point at Oak Haven. Requests to management about the water were ignored, others have left similar complaints in guest book, never seems to be addressed. The negative sides is the washer broke (burning belt), the water stunk horribly which made the whirlpool tub unusable, no blinds on the back door, couch was horribly uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, faucet in bathroom almost no water flow, 1 remotes batteries were dead.
We generally enjoyed it, but our expectation were a bit off. Mayberry is a beautiful unit, and very convenient to the family friendly pool. It was clean enough and definitely had that woodsy cabin feel. There is a cabin right next to this one, like 20 ft. Be aware this cabin is down some very narrow and steep roads with hair pin blind turns, I wouldn't get there for the first time at night if I were you. We offer an indulgent retreat for visitors to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, TN.
